I’m not a writer, nor do I aspire to be.  I’m a nurse practitioner who found herself overwhelmed, overworked, and underappreciated.

I began to pivot.  Now don’t get me wrong… I LOVE being a Nurse Practitioner, but I had had forgotten how to dream, what was possible, and how to interject JOY into everyday.  This is where my pivot began.

I would never have thought I would build my very own business, but I did.  What is more surprising, is that I have loved every moment of the challenges that came with it… but most of all I love helping others design a life they love.

So… this is my attempt at sharing what I have learned along the way, in hopes of making your journey more JOY-FULL!

If I can help you in any way, please hit me up.  It’s what I love to do!
